The elevators were a nightmare with one out of service, leading to frustrating waits!!! Minor cleanliness issues persisted in rooms, like outdated furnishings that need immediate attention!!!

Family getaway that almost hit the mark

We stayed in a Queen room and the Queen bed was nice and clean super comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the reception who helped us check in without any hassle.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for me it was tolerable.

This was just a good pick for an overnight stay in Chattanooga with decent value for money. The front desk staff made us feel really welcome and even provided detailed information about wi-fi and breakfast. If you need a quick stay, this place works, just manage your expectations on the amenities.

My stay in the King Room Non-Smoking was really comfortable. The bed felt super cozy, and I loved having a fridge and microwave for convenience. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower. Everything was clean, and the decor was nice. It made for a relaxing night after exploring. Only downside? There were some squeaky noises from the bed that kept me up a bit.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the indoor pool and visited the Tennessee Aquarium, which was amazing. The hotel had a beautiful lobby and super comfortable rooms. It’s also close to restaurants and shopping. I’d recommend this place for fun group getaways or business trips. Will definitely return!
